Return/Exchange Policy

All beauty product purchases are final. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product received contact us at contact@qaebeauty.com within 10 days of the package being marked delivered for a resolution.

Please contact us with any question regarding your order or product issues at contact@qaebeauty.com.

 

Damages and issues 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges 


Exchanges can be processed in the event a defective item or the wrong item is shipped to you. 

 

Returns 


In the event of the wrong item being shipped we can offer an exchange or store credit for future purchase. For defective items or transit damage an exchange or full refund for cash amount will be provided.

 

Unfortunately, you cannot receive a full refund on sales items or coupon codes. Refunds will be issued for cost of order minus discounts and/or promotional value.
